BT 69

An orange tip butterfly commissioned by the sister of the deceaced to bring back the memories of watching the butterflies together in their garden when they were children. I sculpted this from a 3ft x 2ft artboard to get the overlap of the wings and the depth of the body. this sculpture was sculpted using white euro chrysants with the details emphasised using specialist flower paint. This was not scupted from an off the shelf design template.
